I also work with clients providing a good income here. Could run retreats/residentials in a wide range of activities. Eco tourism is just taking off. I do wine and licor tastings with raw cakes-quiet popular.

I am content with where we have got the property to. Room to put in compost toilets, outdoor showers if desired.
