It is big enough to be self sufficient for a small family, and there is posibility for livestock if required. There is adequate water from both borehole and well. It has in the past provided for 3 brothers and their families.

Because the main house is not yet finished it gives the opportunity for the actual use to be determined by the buyer, the septic tank is designed to handle up to 7 peoples black water.
