This wonderful off grid garden of eden is a preppers paradise.

It is nestled in the heart of the Sao Mamede Natural Park near to Portalegre in the beautiful Northern Alentejo region of Portugal and is only 14km from the Spanish border.

The property consists of just over 7 hectares of extremely beautiful land much of which is pine forest and looks after itself. There is a fully fenced garden area of approx 1.5 hectares which contains a huge variety of mature trees and shrubs, several veg plots and a 20ft polytunnel all of which are organically farmed.

Lemon, lime, bullace, pear, persimmon, pomegranate, avocado, quince, nespera, wild strawberry tree, alpine strawberries, normal strawberries, grapes, kiwi, quince, blueberry and blackberry.

There are also many herbs including lavender, sage, thyme, basil, rosemary, aloe, purslane, spearmint, rocket, goosefoot, plantain, chickweed, comfrey, marigold, tillia leaf, periwinkle and elderflower.

Many other mature trees and shrubs are growing in this gardeners paradise such as cypress, cedar, bottlebrush, hydrangea, wisteria, camelia, magnolia, pine, eucalyptus, alder, bamboo cork oak and many more.

The property also has its own established beehive giving excellent pollination. (We do not harvest the honey as we are vegan).
